Shipping Policies

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Most of our products are on a “Made to Order” basis. Due to the nature of our process and being Handmade please allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS AT MOST before the product is created, processed, and ready to ship. If an item is not in stock/over sold at the time you place your order and cannot be fulfilled, we will attempt to contact you and remove the cost of the item(s) from your order. If this puts you below the FREE SHIPPING threshold, we will still honor it as this was a mistake on our end.

QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS:

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.

DELIVERY SERVICE:

Currently we ship anywhere within CANADA or the USA. If you are from outside our shipping area and would like to place an international order please contact us at sales@nerdgasm.ca first and we will see what we can do!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?

Most of our products are on a “Made to Order” basis. Due to the nature of our process and being Handmade please allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS AT MOST before the product is created, processed, and ready to ship. We strive on doing the best we can to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible! Depending on your location, some orders will take anywhere between 1 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS to reach you after being delivered to the post office. You will be provided a Tracking Number (unless shipped Lettermail) to keep you up to date with your shipment.

NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE VERIFICATION (SECURITY CHECK):

Orders may be subjected to a Name, Address and Phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card provided. If there are any mismatches / errors that occur in this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue with your bank. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if need be.
 
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. If you have any last-minute changes/request or requires special attention please contact us at sales@nerdgasm.ca as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS:

SHIPPING RATES WITHIN CANADA:

If your orders total MEETS OR EXCEEDS $133.7 before Taxes and Shipping Charges you will receive free Shipping if it's being delivered to an address within CANADA. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel

If your orders total DOES NOT MEET $133.7 before Taxes and Shipping Charges, it will be calculated at the checkout based on the rates Canada Post sets.

Most parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel unless otherwise stated (e.g. Lettermail).

SHIPPING RATES TO UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

ALL USA ORDERS will be calculated at the checkout based on the rates Canada Post sets.

Most parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel / USPS Expedited unless otherwise stated (e.g. Lettermail).

SALES TAX:

All orders are taxed accordingly based on your Province, Territory or State.

DAMAGED ITEM(S) RECEIVED:

In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel please do your best to document the damage with a photo if possible and contact us at sales@nerdgasm.ca with your order number and a description of the problem.

If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well in case this was the fault of Canada Post / USPS and we'll be properly reimbursed. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items

ONLINE SALES RETURNS:

Should you decide you do not want a product within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
